We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, preferably from the real estate industry, to manage project estimation, budgeting, procurement, contracts, billing, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
- Manage vendor quotations, negotiations, work orders, and subcontract agreements.
- Verify RA bills, final bills, measurements, and material reconciliation.
- Monitor project budgets, cost variations, cash flows, and project expenses.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Prepare cost reports, MIS, and project documentation. Required

Skills:
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and cost control.
- Experience in contract management and procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP/project management software preferred. Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction.
