As per industry standards Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head / Business Growth Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive business expansion, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business growth strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, networking, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and manage the marketing and business development team.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Identify market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and growth reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Required Skills




- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Experience in B2B marketing and business development.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.

- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration or a relevant degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Business Development. Preferred Candidate
- Proven track record in business growth and revenue generation.
- Ability to independently handle marketing and business development activities.
- Target-oriented with strong decision-making skills. Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹45,000.00 per month
