2+ years preferred Job Summary We are seeking a confident and target-oriented Senior Telesales Executive to manage customer outreach, generate business leads, and convert prospects into clients. The candidate will promote the company's research-related services and help achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including research scholars and academic professionals.
- Explain the company's research support services and respond to client queries.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.




- Support and guide junior telesales team members when required. Requirements
- Any bachelor's degree; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling abilities.
- Experience in achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred.

Salary:
₹18,000–₹26,000 per month, based on experience and performance. Candidates with proven telesales experience and solid client-conversion skills are encouraged to apply. Pay: ₹20,000.00
