Hyderabad(Gachibowli) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist / Senior SEO Specialist with 45+ years of hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies to improve search rankings, drive qualified organic traffic, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and AI SEO, along with a solid understanding of search trends, competitor analysis, SEO performance, and evolving search engine algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Improve organic search rankings, qualified traffic, leads, and conversions through effective SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance, organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and other key KPIs.
- Track search trends, algorithm updates, industry developments, and competitor strategies.
- Perform comprehensive On-Page SEO, including:
- Meta titles and descriptions
- Header tags and content optimization
- Internal linking
- URL optimization
- Keyword optimization
- Content structure and search intent
- Execute Off-Page SEO activities including link-building, backlink analysis, digital PR, and authority-building strategies.
- Conduct Technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data, canonicalization, redirects, and technical errors.




- Develop and manage Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization, local keywords, citations, reviews, and location-based content.
- Explore and implement AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences.
- Conduct detailed competitor SEO analysis and identify opportunities for improving organic visibility.
- Collaborate with content, development, marketing, and design teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Use SEO tools to identify issues, opportunities, and performance trends.
- Prepare regular SEO reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize SEO strategies based on performance data. Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and organic growth.
- Expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and AI SEO.
- Solid understanding of keyword research and search intent.
- Experience improving search rankings and qualified organic traffic.
- Strong knowledge of SEO performance analysis and reporting.
- Experience with competitor research and search trend analysis.
- Understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
