- Manage health insurance claims from receipt to payment, ensuring timely processing and accurate settlement.
- Coordinate with TPA (Third Party Administrator) for claim intimation, investigation, and settlement.
- Verify patient eligibility, diagnosis, and treatment details to determine coverage criteria.
- Liaise with hospitals/doctors/patients to obtain necessary documents and information.
