Role & responsibilities
- Manage the overall activities of the branch.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Handle and guide the branch team to improve performance.
- Generate new business through dealers, DSAs, and other channels.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor daily collections and overdue cases.
- Maintain valuable portfolio quality and control loan defaults.
- Ensure proper customer verification and loan documentation.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and submit regular reports.
