CRMNEXT / BUSINESSNEXT QA Tester (Banking Domain) Skill: CRM Next

Bangalore – Koramangala Mode: C2C or FTE Notice Period: 15 days max Number of Positions: 10 Job Summary Experienced QA Tester with CRMNEXT / BUSINESSNEXT application testing experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. Responsible for validating CRM functionalities, customer onboarding, relationship management, lead management, loan workflows, service requests, and integration testing with core banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for CRMNEXT / BUSINESSNEXT applications.
- Perform Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support.
- Validate banking workflows such as: – Customer Onboarding (CASA) – Lead & Opportunity Management – Loan Origination Process – Service Request Management – Customer 360 View – KYC & Compliance Processes
- Test integration with Core Banking Systems, LOS, LMS, Payment Systems, and third-party banking applications.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts,



Developers, and Business Users during testing cycles.
- Prepare test reports and ensure quality standards are met before production deployment. Required Skills
- Hands-on experience testing CRMNEXT / BUSINESSNEXT platform.
- Experience in Banking & Financial Services domain.
- Robust knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing.
- Good understanding of banking products: CASA, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Loans, Deposits, Customer Service Operations.
- Experience with SQL queries for data validation.
- Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman is preferred. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Core Banking applications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Banking digital transformation project experience. Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
