Job Summary Craftech 360 is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & SCM Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, inventory, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have positive negotiation skills, strong follow-up capabilities, and the ability to ensure timely availability of materials for projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers.
- Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand material and project requirements.
- Track orders, deliveries, and ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain vendor databases and procurement documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Coordinate logistics, dispatches, and material movement for events and projects. Requirements




- 2–4 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Vendor Management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement requirements. Preferred Skills
- Experience in event management, production, manufacturing, or project-based companies.
- Familiarity with purchase orders, stock management, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What We Are Looking For Someone who takes ownership of procurement activities, builds reliable vendor relationships, maintains cost efficiency, and ensures smooth material and supply chain operations. Pay: ₹30,000.00
