Role & responsibilities
- Handle customers across the Tamil Nadu region.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending credit payments.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collections.
- Track outstanding balances and overdue payments. Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates must hold a Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil & English are mandatory.
- Candidates must be currently settled in Ernakulam.
