About the Role
As a Campus Intern, you will be the first face of our campus. You will welcome visiting parents and students, take them through our facilities, and leave them with a strong first impression. Beyond the visit, you will keep in regular touch with interested families, answer their questions, and guide them step by step until they are ready to join. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people and building trust. What You Will Do
- Conduct campus tours: Welcome parents and students, walk them through classrooms, labs, and other facilities, and explain what makes our campus special.
- Make daily follow-up calls: Speak with interested families every day, understand what they are looking for, and encourage them to take the next step.
- Schedule visits: Book campus visit slots, confirm timings, and send reminders so that visitors arrive prepared and on time.
- Re-engage missed visits: Reach out politely to those who could not attend, find out what came in the way, and arrange a fresh slot.
- Address queries with care: Respond to questions from parents and students with patience, clarity, and accurate information.




- Maintain proper records: Log every call, visit, and pending action in the tracking sheet so the admissions team always has a clear picture. Who We Are Looking For
- A clear, confident, and friendly communicator in English, ideally with fluency in a regional language.
- Someone at ease with making a good number of calls every day and following up consistently.
- A well-organised person who pays close attention to details such as timings, dates, and records.
- A poised presenter who can make a lasting first impression and speak comfortably in front of visitors.
- A patient and empathetic listener who can calmly handle worried parents, curious students, and missed appointments.
- A candidate currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in any discipline. What You Will Gain
