Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Transport Manager to oversee end-to-end transportation and distribution operations across cafs, retail outlets, central kitchens, and warehouses. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, productive fleet utilization, vendor management, cost optimization, and smooth logistics operations. 2.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage daily transportation and distribution of goods across warehouses, central kitchens, and retail outlets. 2. Develop and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. 3. Manage transport vendors, vehicle allocation, fleet availability, and rate negotiations. 4. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for timely dispatch, loading, and unloading. 5. Ensure safe transportation of food products, chocolates, beverages, and retail inventory. 6. Monitor transportation costs, fuel expenses, vehicle maintenance, and logistics budgets. 7. Supervise drivers, transport coordinators, and logistics staff. 8. Ensure compliance with vehicle documentation, permits, insurance, and statutory requirements. 9.



Monitor delivery performance, vehicle utilization, damages, and operational KPIs. 10. Prepare MIS reports related to transportation costs, vendor performance, and delivery efficiency. 3. Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 4. Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution management.
- Preferred experience in Retail, FMCG, Food Service, Caf, or Warehousing industries. 5. Key Competencies

Preferred Candidate Profile A candidate capable of independently managing end-to-end transportation and distribution operations for a multi-location caf and retail business, ensuring timely deliveries, product safety, operational efficiency, and cost control.
