Job Description

- Provide L1/L2 support for SAP ECC, BW, and BPC applications
- Monitor application health, jobs, interfaces, and system performance
- Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business processes
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes
