This is owner-facing field sales: you sit across from a gym owner, show them where their gym is losing money, and sign them the same week. The mandate: sign 200 gyms a month.
- Build and run the sales team: 4 City Sales Managers, ~16 Gym Growth Consultants (field closers), ~13 Audit Setters (inside sales).
- Own the funnel: owner lead audit booked audit done signed. Daily numbers, weekly city reviews with the founder.
- Open recent cities, set the city plan, run the pricing desk and the audit-to-close playbook.
- Design incentives tied to 90-day gym retention,

- Work hand in hand with onboarding so every signed gym is live in 15 days. Who fits
- 8+ years; has led 25+ field sellers signing small-business owners – hotel / property acquisition (OYO, Treebo, FabHotels), gym or fitness partner networks (Cult, FITPASS), restaurant / merchant acquisition (Zomato, Swiggy, magicpin), franchise expansion.
- Two personal results with numbers, e.g. "took signings from 40 to 160 a month in 6 months".
- City Sales Manager (6–10 yrs): has led 4–8 field sellers on the same kind of owner acquisition. CTC 12–20 LPA + team incentive. Work: Sector 9, Noida
