Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team for the Domestic Inbound Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and address customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.




- Assist customers with service-related queries and requests.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow defined process guidelines and escalation procedures.
- Handle both voice and non-voice interactions as per business requirements. Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Undergraduate / Graduate (UG/Graduation).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills (B2 level).

Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must be comfortable working in a blended process.
- Must be flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Must be comfortable with rotational week-offs.
