Responsibilities:

- Receive and manage incoming CNC and VMC machining job orders.
- Schedule jobs based on machine capacity and delivery timelines.
- Track job progress from production to dispatch.
- Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and customers regarding job status.
- Maintain accurate job records and production reports.
- Ensure quality standards and delivery commitments are met.
- Handle customer inquiries related to job progress and delivery schedules.
- Monitor material availability and job priorities.
- CNC / VMC Programmer & Machine Operator

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC/VMC Programmer & Machine Operator who can independently handle all types of machining jobs. The candidate should be capable of programming, setting up, operating, and inspecting CNC and VMC machine jobs while ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC and VMC machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Perform all types of machining operations including:
- Turning
- Milling
- Drilling
- Threading / Tapping
- Cutting
- Boring
- Facing
- Slotting
- Precision machining




- Select suitable tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and Height Gauges.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot machine and programming issues when required.
- Follow safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Experience in CNC/VMC Programming and Machine Operation.
- Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming.
- Ability to create and modify machining programs.
- Good understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speeds.
- Ability to read technical drawings and job specifications.
- Robust problem-solving and quality control skills.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Preferred

Skills:
- Experience with Fanuc Controller.
- Production planning and job handling experience.
- Ability to handle complicated precision machining jobs independently.
