Experience:
Fresher (NIFT graduates preferred) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Lifestyle Accessory Design, Textile Design or related disciplines from NIFT or a reputed design institute. Role Overview We are looking for creative and detail-oriented design graduates who have a strong sense of aesthetics, styling and product presentation. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative product concepts, designing gift hampers, coordinating photoshoots and creating visually appealing product presentations for our gifting and celebration categories.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Designing & Development
- Develop creative and innovative product concepts for gifting and celebration categories.
- Work on product design, colour combinations, themes and overall aesthetics.
- Research current design trends, customer preferences and market innovations.
- Assist in developing new product collections and seasonal gifting ranges. 2. Gift Hamper Designing & Curation
- Conceptualise and design attractive gift hampers for different occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, festivals and corporate gifting.
- Work on packaging concepts, product combinations, layouts and presentation.
- Explore creative ways to enhance the overall gifting experience. 3. Styling & Photoshoot Coordination
- Plan and execute product styling for photoshoots.
- Coordinate product placement, props, backgrounds, colour themes and visual compositions.




- Work closely with photographers and creative teams to ensure appealing product photography.
- Ensure products are presented attractively across websites, catalogues and marketing platforms. 4. Creative Research & Trend Analysis
- Research emerging trends in product design, packaging, gifting and lifestyle aesthetics.
- Create mood boards, design references and visual concepts.
- Suggest new ideas for festive collections, campaigns and product launches. 5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing, photography, category and product teams.
- Assist in product sampling, design execution and final presentation.
- Ensure consistency in product aesthetics and brand guidelines. Required Skills
- Strong creative thinking and visualisation skills.
- Good understanding of colours, textures, patterns and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of product styling, composition and presentation.
- Basic understanding of product photography and photoshoot setups.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Canva is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new ideas. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates from NIFT.
- Candidates specialising in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Lifestyle Accessory Design, Textile Design or related disciplines.
- Candidates with an impressive design portfolio, academic projects or internship experience.
