- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Dial prospective customer lists or handle incoming queries, following structured or personalized scripts.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Explain product or service features, pitch offers, handle objections, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Customer Support & Feedback: Answer questions, resolve complaints or service requests, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Database & CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update customer details accurately in a CRM or spreadsheet, and track daily metrics.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for call volumes, lead numbers, or conversions Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
