The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, developing client relationships, coordinating with channel partners and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads through cold calling and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential market prospects.
- Promote Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital Loans and Business Lending solutions.
- Support client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Maintain client information, sales activities and updates in CRM tools.
- Contribute towards business development and sales targets. Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Relationship Management.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech or Financial Services will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial products, lending and working capital solutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
