City Guest House is a 24-room guest house in Dadar East, Mumbai, 5 minutes' walk from Dadar East station. We are looking for a responsible, hands-on supervisor to run our day-to-day operations. Practical ability matters more to us than a fancy CV.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all staff: room attendants, cleaners, helpers and front desk support
- Make the daily duty roster, assign work and track attendance
- Inspect rooms before check-in and keep rooms, washrooms and common areas clean
- Help with guest check-in and check-out, requests and complaints
- Track room status: check-outs, stayovers and priority rooms
- Manage stock of linen, toiletries and cleaning supplies, and report shortages
- Train new staff and correct mistakes professionally
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance,



and report to management daily

Requirements:
- 2+ years in a hotel, guest house or service apartment, with some supervisory experience
- 12th pass or above
- Able to read and write basic English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Basic phone and WhatsApp use for reports and photos
- Honest, punctual and able to manage a small team independently
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred

Salary:
Rs. 20,000
- 25,000 per month in-hand, plus food Shift: 10 hours per day; timings vary as per work Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
