1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence. 2. Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and practical model development. 3. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based applications. 4. Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries. 5. Experience with NLP and/or Computer Vision. 6. Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic AI workflows. 7. Experience working with reinforcement learning (RL) environments, particularly Gym/Gymnasium. 8. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and open-source LLMs. 9. Robust statistical foundation and analytical problem-solving skills. 10. Good understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into data-driven solutions.
