About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team at Waluj MIDC, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar. In this role, you will manage end-to-end human resource operations, bridging management and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in core HR processes, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, Payroll and employee engagement within a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer rollout for various functional roles.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, counselling, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace environment. Statutory Compliance & Payroll Administration:
- Ensure full adherence to local labour laws, factory acts,



and statutory compliances applicable to the region.
- Hands-on in monthly attendance processing, leave management, and inputs for payroll. Performance & Training Management:
- Coordinate the periodic performance appraisal process and assist department heads with goal setting.
- Identify training needs and organize capability-building or safety training programs. HR Operations & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Handle exit interviews, full and final (F&F;) settlements, and issuance of letters (increment, promotion, experience, etc.). Candidate Profile &

Education:
Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration (BBA) followed by an MBA in Human Resources / Personnel Management (MBA).

Experience:
5 to 8 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial plant setting at MIDC locations. Skills & Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of local labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRMS
