As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior Relationship Manager to join our team.
About the role
You will manage the full property sales cycle — from initial client engagement and requirement mapping to site visits and deal closure. This is a client-facing role that demands solid relationship-building skills, sound knowledge of the Bangalore property market, and a consistent ability to meet targets. → Manage client relationships from first inquiry to final closure → Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties → Conduct site visits and property presentations across Bangalore → Coordinate with builders and developers to stay current on projects → Maintain an accurate pipeline and follow-up system → Meet and exceed monthly sales targets What we are looking for: → 2+ years in real estate, sales, or business development → Strong communication and negotiation skills → Demonstrated track record of closing deals → Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate market is a plus → Ability to manage multiple client relationships independently
