About the role
You’ll plan, shoot and produce content for the agency’s clients and for the agency itself. The work is mostly content production, not TVCs and DVCs. Location Andheri East, Mumbai

- Most clients have stayed with the agency for 5–6 years, so you get to go deep with each brand. What you’ll do
- Shoot interviews, brand films, reels and podcasts for clients.
- Plan each shoot’s budget, crew, locations and schedule.
- Shoot on anything from a full crew setup to an iPhone.
- Cut line-ups and rough cuts, and finish some edits yourself.
- Bring in production houses, directors or DOPs for bigger films, and keep them on brief and on budget.
- Shoot the agency’s own content: festival films, podcasts and roundtables.
- Pitch film ideas for new business and client work.




- Use AI tools for ideas, visuals and editing. The ideal candidate
- A DOP or production background. Either works, as long as you can shoot or direct and run a production.
- A portfolio of content you shot or directed yourself.
- Knows how to make a small budget look big.
- Edits confidently, at least to a rough cut.
- Presentable and confident with senior clients, often on set without the rest of the team.
- Comfortable working mostly solo, with an intern to support you.
