Job Title: RM MSME Department: MSME Role: Relationship Manager
• Responsible for achieving sale revenue and growth targets for MSME and Cross Sell Product etc.
• Responsible to follow all compliance and statutory norms strictly as per given guidelines and standard processes
• Responsible for training to all branch staff and other vertical RMs on MSME product policy norms etc.
• Responsible to coordinate with credit, CAD. and collection team for support functions and in maintain a healthy portfolio Required Profile:
- Should have 5+ years of experience in overall and minimum 3years in MSME product.
- Job entails understanding of basic financial terminology and application – Balance sheet, P&L; .
- Channel handling experience.
- Job requires positive communication and relationship skills.
