Knowledge on machining / assembly needed ( CNC / VMC know how , assembly pressing / torquing ) . Generalist who could be groomed with training. Supervisor or PPC with learning attitude needed. 2.
Machining specialist : : Mechanical / Industrial engineer with 4-7 years of experience in an industry. Knowledge on machining on conventional machining needed . In addition knowhow on CNC / VMC / wire cut would be preferred. Supervisory skills with positive communication and understanding of process , cost and facility needed. 3.
Project management for MHR : Mechanical / Industrial engineer with 4-7 years of experience in an industry. Knowledge on machining on conventional machining needed . In addition knowhow on CNC / VMC / wire cut would be preferred. Data analysis , special process know how ( Anodizing , coating and so on) , working with ChatGPT , excel would be needed. 4.
Process Specialist(Machining, Laser, Vision, Gantry, IO, Drives) : Process specialist same as Machining specialist.



Basic engineers in mechanical background with 1-2 years experience in automation industry/ diploma with 3 years in shop floor experience needed. These trainings will be given from our side. They need to have attitude to learn. 5.VMC Machine Operator: The ideal candidate requires proficiency in 2D drawing reading and strong GD&T; knowledge, along with experience in setting up and operating VMC machines, specifically with Fanuc control. Applicants must be capable of working with tight tolerances (5 to 10 microns) and utilizing tools such as dial indicators or edge finders for work offsets and presetters for tool offsets (training provided). Technical skills should include 2D programming (3D programming is an advantage), knowledge of D-diameter compensation values, G-codes, M-codes, and program editing. Furthermore, the candidate needs expertise in precision instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, pin gauges, and slip gauges to ensure quality production. Responsibilities also include basic VMC machine maintenance and the accurate completion of daily production log sheets and stage inspection sheets.
