Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for MEP Modelers based in Bengaluru. The MEP Modelers will develop detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) 3D models using industry-standard BIM software, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project specifications and standards. Daily responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, updating models based on design changes, and resolving clashes and coordination issues by collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders. The role involves preparing coordinated layouts, detailed shop drawings,



and documentation for construction, as well as maintaining organized model files, version control, and project records. MEP Modelers will also contribute to quality checks, support project timelines, and participate in design review meetings to optimize constructability and efficiency. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong MEP modeling skills with hands-on experience in BIM tools such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar 3D modeling software.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design principles, codes, and standards relevant to building services.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and construction documents, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and addressing design and site-related queries.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify clashes, propose resolutions, and optimize layouts for constructability and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant experience as an MEP Modeler or BIM Engineer in building services or engineering consulting environments is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes in MEP and construction projects is an advantage.
