Role & responsibilities
- Manage procurement for civil construction, renovation, and fit-out projects.
- Handle BOQ-based RFQs, quotation comparisons, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare purchase orders, work orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate material deliveries and contractor activities across multiple project sites.
- Monitor vendor performance, project timelines, costs, and procurement records. Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of total experience, including at least 2 years in civil construction procurement.
- Hands-on experience in BOQ, contractor sourcing, vendor negotiation, and work orders.
- Knowledge of construction materials, basic electrical/MEP, and site procurement.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and procurement documentation.
- Willingness to travel across project locations.
