We are looking for an experienced Head Finance & Accounts to manage the company’s finance and accounting functions, supervise the accounts team, and coordinate with our manufacturing plant at Kodad. Roles and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day accounts, finalisation of books and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, banking, working capital and payment planning.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances, ageing and collections in coordination with the sales team.
- Oversee supplier payments, advances and customer/vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and management reports.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, raw material consumption, inventory and cost per CBM.
- Review purchase bills, contractor bills, expenses and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and financial institutions.




- Supervise head office and plant accounts staff and ensure timely completion of work.
- Strengthen internal controls and support ERP implementation.
- Submit daily cash and collection updates, weekly payment plans and monthly financial reports to management. Candidate Requirements
- CA/CMA preferred. M.
Com or MBA Finance candidates with solid relevant experience may also apply.
- 12–18 years of finance and accounts experience, including team management.
- Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, manufacturing costing and inventory controls.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Hands-on approach, strong follow-up and ability to work independently.
