Responsibilities :

- Concept Design: Preparation of plans & programing of building, elevations, sections, 3D Illustration & material selections.
- Schematics Design: Preparation & co-ordination of SMEP details & drawings with consultants. Coordination with all other specialized consultants.
- Design Development: Preparation of detailed coordinated plans & elevation.
- Tender Details: Preparation of Tender Drawings, BOQ/Specifications, quantification of materials, GCC & FFE Documents.
- GFC Drawings: Preparation of positive for construction drawings for site execution. Required Skill Set : -
- Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop Qualification : -
