Job Overview We are looking for a smart, proactive and detail-oriented qualified to manage vendor engagement, participation coordination and AI-based operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of AI tools and the ability to manage data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with vendors through calls and explain participation opportunities.
- Encourage and coordinate vendor participation in various activities and initiatives.
- Manage vendor communication, follow-ups and engagement.
- Maintain vendor databases, calling records and participation status using Google Sheets.
- Utilize ChatGPT and Google Gemini for research, content creation and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation and ensure accurate data management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong vendor coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of data management and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
