Required:
- 6
- 10 years total, of which at least 4 in consulting, corporate strategy, or a transformation office with a genuine transformation remit
- Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnosis and problem framing
- Run current-state assessment, structure the problem, form and defend a hypothesis with client leadership
- Methodology in live engagements
- Target operating model and roadmap
- Design future-state process, org and governance; sequence the change; build the commercial case for it
- Business case and Benefit definition and tracking
- Establish the outcome baseline with the client before work starts, and hold the engagement to it through closure
- Stakeholder mapping, adoption planning, resistance management
- Case profiles, proposal and RFP content, point-of-view development
