- Procurement Planning & Material Management Plan and execute procurement of transformer spares such as bushings, tap changers, winding materials, gaskets, insulators, connectors, and electrical hardware, similar to sitebased procurement responsibilities 1.
- Vendor Development & Evaluation Identify, assess, and develop reliable suppliers based on price, quality, delivery performance, and technical capability, consistent with purchaser duties involving supplier assessment 1.
- Technical Specification Compliance — Verify technical specifications with design and engineering teams to ensure purchased spares meet transformer standards and project requirements, reflecting sourcing roles that coordinate with engineering 1.
- Purchase Order Execution — Prepare and issue purchase orders, verify specifications and pricing, and ensure adherence to company procurement policies 1.
- Inventory Coordination — Work with stores to maintain optimum stock levels, ensure timely GRN processing, and reconcile discrepancies in received materials 1.
- Cost Optimization — Negotiate pricing, delivery terms,



and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality, similar to purchaser negotiation duties 1.
- Supplier Relationship Management — Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and timely delivery.
- Logistics & Delivery Followup — Coordinate with logistics teams and vendors to ensure ontime delivery of transformer spares and resolve shipment issues 1.
- Documentation & Reporting — Maintain procurement records, supplier data, and weekly procurement status reports for management review 1.
- Audit & Compliance Support — Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and support internal/external audits by providing required documentation 1.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile An Energetic Candidates who has got sufficient qualified experiences in Transformer Spares Procurement, Spares Planning and Spares Management are required to apply for this position..
