ECM Specialist / Business Analyst
- IDP and DocuSign
· The job candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in analyzing issues/requests and resolving it, as well as monitoring tasks, and also managing the recent business scopes as per organizational/stakeholders needs coupled with an expertise on Opentext products of ECM domain.
· As part of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) at corporate application platforms IT Direction Resolve efficiently EUP tickets (requests/incidents), for example: user assistance/support, functional adjustment, role & authorization adaptations.
· Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and DocuSign would be a valuable combination Hands-on experience with OpenText would be an added advantage; however, experience with comparable competitor products will also be considered
· Example of OpenText OCR tools: Capture and Captiva
· Knowledge in IDP tools: UI path, Azure will be added advantage
· Monitor the solutions, manage the security follow-up (user mgt, certificates…)
· Provide reports/dashboards to analyze AMS KPIs
· Initialize or improve AMS processes documentation




· Run necessary migration tasks
· Task coordination on IDP topics with different stakeholders
· Propose configuration optimization and parametrization on ECM Applications to improve solution quality and performance.
· DigiDoc platform (based on OpenText xECM (Content Server v25.1 + Archive server v24.4), xECM for Engineering,
· Experience in Core Collaboration for Engineering, and Answer ModuleSuite v3.8): it is used to store, manage, and share business valued documents for group of companies, in a secure way anywhere in the world.
· CoreShare (OpenText product): it is used to share documents safely to external people or institutions.
· DocuSign e-signature (DocuSign): it is the group’s solution for e-signature features and processes.
· SPARK (Spark Archives): it is the long-term Electronic Archiving System (EAS) of the group, managing also physical archives.
· Bulk management and Intelligent Document Processing tools
· He/She must be autonomous at work, having teamwork practices.
