Title: AM– Maintenance (Foaming) Reporting to: Manager – Maintenance Role Purpose: Foaming Maintenance Engineer to install and maintain industrial equipment and demonstrate high-level problem solving skills

Key Responsibilities

- Hands on experience on Door foaming m/c drum unit, wet part [ Make: cannon], Thermo regulator & chiller unit.
- Hands on experience on cabinet foaming m/c fixture, wet part [ Make: Cannon], Chiller, thermo regulation, transfer pump etc.
- Preventive maintenance & operations of Mixing Head, Calibration process etc.
- Knowledge of Chemicals in foaming operations, safety concern, calibration process, parameter setting etc.
- Knowledge & Maintenance of Mixing unit, chemical storage yard, Heat exchanger & delivery pumps etc.
- Check & maintain Cyclopentane yard equipment’s for preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of MTTR & MTBF.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation.
- Hands experience in RCA, CAPA,
