Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise PKI and certificate lifecycle management services.
- Perform certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Handle day-to-day operational activities, incident management, problem resolution, and service requests related to PKI infrastructure.
- Administer and maintain Venafi Trust Protection Platform and Microsoft PKI environments.
- Integrate certificate management solutions with CAPI, JDK, F5, AWS Certificate Manager (ACM), and other certificate-consuming platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and REST APIs.
- Monitor PKI infrastructure health, certificate expiry, compliance, and security standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, application, and security teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements related to PKI services.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Required Skills Primary

- Strong hands-on experience with Venafi and Microsoft PKI.
- Deep understanding of certificate lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating certificate management solutions with enterprise platforms.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and REST API integration skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
- Experience with cloud certificate management, including AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
