Role & responsibilities To drive and control the entire operations across the region by ensuring a committed service to the brand. Budget and Cost planning of operations of fleet as per fluctuating market conditions. Vendor Management across the region
- identify the potential vendors and on boarding them. Ensuring First, Mid and Last mile operations at high of its performance level. Handling branch mangers/hub in charges for smooth and ease of operations Strategic Planning & Execution of Inbound, Outbound operations without any non-compliance. Managing & Auditing Shop Floor for Hub & Branches with proper movement of Consignments. Handling Business development activities for Cluster Business improvement Retaining existing Customers by handling Client escalations & Solving Queries in providing Solutions Managing Profit & Loss for Hub & Branches and accountable for the same. Preferred candidate profile Should be from the Express or Logistics Industry. Must have experience in B2B operations.
