Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and processing invoices and payments. The role involves preparing and reconciling financial statements, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with budgeting and expense tracking. The Accounts Executive will support statutory compliance, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and provide accurate reports to management.



The position requires attention to detail, adherence to financial policies, and timely completion of accounting tasks. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Experience in handling invoices, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and GST/TDS compliance.
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare summaries, and support budgeting and audits.
- Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounts or finance role; experience in agriculture or start-up environments is a plus.
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
