Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our video production team, working on healthcare brands, hospitals, doctor-led content, digital advertisements, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, doctor videos, healthcare advertisements, and promotional content.
* Edit long-form YouTube videos, interviews, and educational content as per project requirements.
* Work on multilingual video versions, maintaining consistency across different languages.
* Perform basic-to-intermediate colour correction and grading, audio cleanup, sound balancing, music selection, and sound effects.
* Add subtitles, text overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and basic graphics wherever required.
* Follow brand guidelines, editing references, scripts, and feedback from the senior team.
* Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within the assigned timelines.
* Coordinate with the video production team for footage, edits, revisions, and final exports.




* Maintain organised project files, footage, assets, and timelines. Required

Skills:

* Positive working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Understanding of video pacing, storytelling, composition, and continuity.
* Basic knowledge of colour correction, audio editing, and social media video formats.
* Ability to work with different aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
* Attention to detail, time management, willingness to learn, and the ability to implement feedback. Preferred Candidate Profile:
* 1–2 years of practical video editing experience.
* A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work.
* Experience with reels, advertisements, interviews, or talking-head videos will be preferred.
* Healthcare or agency experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Salary:
₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience. Pay: ₹20,000.00
