Job Description
Logistics Dispute Resolution
- Handle customer disputes related to freight charges, billing discrepancies, pricing, duplicate invoices,
taxes, and shipment adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve freight invoice disputes by coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal logistics teams.
- Process credit notes, billing adjustments, and write-offs after necessary approvals.
- Manage payment reconciliation and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispute reports.
