Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to drive business growth and manage branch operations for our Product Financing vertical.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business sourcing, customer acquisition and loan disbursements.
- Manage and lead a team of field officers/sales executives.
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
- Monitor portfolio quality, overdue accounts and delinquency.
- Develop relationships with dealers, channel partners and customers.
- Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with company policies. Desired Profile:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in NBFC/BFSI.
- Experience in product financing, consumer durable finance, two-wheeler finance or retail lending preferred.
- Prior experience in team handling, business development and collections.
