- JOB OVERVIEW: We are hiring Customer Support Executives for premier international BPO processes in Jaipur. You will interact with global customers to assist, troubleshoot, and deliver world-class service across Voice, Live Chat, and Email channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle international customer queries via Voice, Chat, or Email with high professionalism.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely,
and effective resolutions.
- Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and quality parameters.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients in English. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent Spoken & Written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills (30+ WPM preferred for Chat/Email).
- Comfort working in rotational shifts (5.5-day work week with rotational offs).
