Position: Plumbing Engineer

Location:
Chennai Department: Engineering / MEP
- Experience: 3–7 Years (Relevant Experience)
- Notice Period: 15 days max only
- Design, supervise, and execute plumbing and sanitary systems for building and infrastructure projects.
- Handle internal and external plumbing works, including water supply, soil, waste, and rainwater drainage systems.
- Prepare and review drainage layouts, plumbing drawings, and isometric drawings.
- Must have practical experience in STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) installation, execution, operation coordination, and commissioning.
- Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and technical specifications for plumbing and drainage works.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify coordination issues and resolve site-level technical problems.
- Supervise installation of pipes, pumps, valves, plumbing fixtures, manholes, inspection chambers, and drainage networks.
