Sc. Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Microbiology / Biochemistry or equivalent. Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Molecular Biologist to join our laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for performing molecular biology techniques, handling clinical or biological samples, conducting molecular diagnostic tests, and ensuring accurate and reliable laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA extraction.
- Conduct PCR, RT-PCR and Real-Time PCR (qPCR) assays.
- Handle and process clinical/biological samples as per laboratory protocols.
- Prepare reagents, primers, and PCR master mixes.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot molecular biology laboratory equipment.
- Perform quality control procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow laboratory safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze, interpret,



and report test results accurately.
- Ensure proper sample identification, storage, and handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and contamination-free laboratory practices. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of molecular biology techniques.
- Hands-on experience in DNA/RNA extraction and PCR-based techniques.
- Knowledge of Real-Time PCR and molecular diagnostic procedures.
- Understanding of laboratory quality control and biosafety practices.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Educational Qualification M.
Sc. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline. Experience 1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience preferred.
