About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and passionate Visual Designer & Content Executive with a sharp eye for design and a curiosity for what makes a brand stand out. This role goes beyond social media management, offering opportunities to brainstorm ideas, design and shoot content, experiment with trends, and help shape Raavi’s brand story.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, marketplace listings, advertisements, campaigns, and brand collateral.
- Build and manage Raavi’s social media presence while maintaining a consistent visual identity and brand voice.
- Ideate, plan, and shoot engaging product, lifestyle, and short-form video content.
- Edit short-form videos and reels (an added advantage).
- Contribute ideas to brand strategy, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Track trends, content formats, and competitors to create impactful communication.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to align design and content with brand goals. What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills
- Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and composition.
- Creative and curious mindset with strong ideation and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Positive-to-Have Skills
- Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or product brands.
- Interest in technology, energy, or lifestyle products.
