- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to guests as per hotel standards.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional guest service.
- Attend to guest requests and complaints and inform the supervisor when required.
- Ensure proper setup of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and napkins.
- Explicit and reset tables promptly after guest departure.
- Assist in buffet setup, food replenishment, and clearance.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other F&B; team members for smooth operations.
- Follow personal grooming, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle restaurant equipment carefully and report any damage or loss.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and departmental standards.
- Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions.
- Assist in banquet functions and special events whenever required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or HOD. Pay: ₹15,500.00
- ₹17,000.00 per month
