Job Purpose To support the Sales and Marketing team in generating leads, promoting company projects, coordinating with prospective customers, conducting market research and assisting in achieving sales and marketing targets. 2. Roles & Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities 1. Generate prospective customer leads through calls, references and field activities. 2. Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers. 3. Explain company projects, features, amenities and location benefits. 4. Coordinate and arrange customer site visits. 5. Assist the sales team in customer meetings and presentations. 6. Maintain daily follow-up records and update the CRM. 7. Support the team in converting prospective leads into customers. Marketing Responsibilities 1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. 2. Support digital and offline promotional activities. 3. Coordinate social media promotions and marketing content. 4. Conduct competitor analysis and market research. 5. Assist in promotional events, exhibitions and project activities. 6. Collect market feedback and customer preferences. 3. Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or any relevant field.




- Freshers are welcome.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and meet customers. 4. Required Skills
