Full-Time Department: Workshop Operations Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Supervisor to manage daily operations at our car workshop. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair work, team management, and workshop coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to mechanics and technicians.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of vehicles.
- Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle repair updates.
- Manage workshop staff, attendance, and productivity.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, and workshop inventory.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness,



and discipline within the workshop.
- Prepare daily work reports and update management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an automobile workshop.
- Knowledge of car servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Valuable team management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle workshop operations independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred. Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
