- Overall strengthening testing process for EV vehicle
- Setting overall key reliability target for EV component and vehicle performance/optimization Bridging gap/smooth transitioning from design to manufacturing about Electrical and Electronics component feature implementation *

Responsibilities:
*
- Responsible for testing lab & equipment preparation for production process & IQC, EOL set up for EV vehicle, test simulation, standard testing procedure preparation, debugging/analyzing day to day production issue on EV as well as regular Electrical and Electronics components, warranty parts analysis, root cause identification, EV Component interface preparation & inhouse validation
- Change management implementation @plant level
- Development test plan/subsystem validation of E&E; components

Should have practitioner level knowledge about EV powertrain component like PMSM/BLDC Motor, Motor Controller Strategy/DC Converter/Charger & LI Ion Battery BMS including ASIL ISO 26262 HARA and TARA
- 2. Understanding and hands on CAN 2.0B Extended/Standard signals and debugging
- 3. Expert on Wiring harness & EV Components troubleshooting or debugging.
- 4. Hands on diagnostic tool python based, vector CAN OE, ASSAMDF, Influx logger
- 5. Expert in component simulation HIL/MIL/SIL test standard according component specification.
- 6. Hands on experience testing equipment like LCR/Multimeter/Clamp on ammeter/CRO/DSO
- 7. Should have knowledge about vehicle manufacturing process, supplier part process
