The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with trainers, mentors, and participants while ensuring the smooth functioning of training activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs.
- Communicate and coordinate with trainers, mentors, and participants.
- Maintain attendance records, training schedules, and participant databases.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with participants to ensure active engagement.
- Assist in organizing and managing training-related activities and events.
- Handle basic documentation, data management, and MIS reporting.
- Collect participant feedback and maintain training records.




- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing programs. Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
