MBA / BBA / Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Role Overview We are looking for a creative, energetic, ambitious, and self-driven Growth Associate to support the marketing, brand-building, and business growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing, social media, content creation, community building, college outreach, partnerships, events, and member engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, curious, comfortable experimenting with new ideas, and willing to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Digital Marketing
- Support brand awareness and marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to brand positioning and promotional activities.
- Explore creative marketing strategies to improve platform visibility and reach. 2. Social Media & Content Management
- Assist in managing social media platforms and online communities.
- Create engaging content, posts, creatives, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Track engagement and identify opportunities to improve digital reach. 3. Growth & Community Building
- Support initiatives to increase platform registrations, memberships, and engagement.
- Engage with students, professionals, and women communities.
- Identify opportunities for community outreach and user acquisition.
- Assist in executing growth campaigns and engagement activities. 4. College Outreach & Partnerships
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, student communities, and external partners.
- Support institutional outreach and partnership initiatives.
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders.




- Assist in organizing college-level promotional and engagement activities. 5. Events & Campaign Management
- Support planning and execution of webinars, workshops, events, and expert interactions.
- Coordinate with speakers, mentors, participants, and partners.
- Assist in promotional activities and post-event engagement.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports. Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / BBA / Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Creative thinking, content development, and storytelling abilities.
- Strong coordination, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with a hands-on approach. Preferred Experience Candidates with any of the following experience will be preferred:
